Initial Deposit: To secure your spot and start the creative process, a non-refundable deposit is required after our initial agreement.
Concept & Vision: I sketch the initial idea to ensure we are aligned. Once we finalize the dimensions and direction, the creative journey begins.
Process & Updates: I share regular progress updates (via WhatsApp or email), ensuring the piece evolves exactly as you envisioned.
Flexibility: Should you decide to introduce significant changes (such as size adjustments), a minor adjustment fee may apply to cover additional materials and time.
Final Completion & Framing: Once the painting is approved and finalized, the remaining balance is due upon collection or before delivery. Please note that framing is optional and is billed separately.
Delivery: I personally ensure your artwork is ready to be enjoyed in your home.
