How We Work Together

I believe that every commissioned piece is a co-creation.

Here is how I ensure we bring your vision to life:

1. Consultation: We begin with a conversation—either in person or via video call—to discuss your space, your preferred colours, and the emotions you want the painting to evoke.

2. Initial Deposit: To secure your spot and start the creative process, a non-refundable deposit is required after our initial agreement.

3. Concept & Vision: I sketch the initial idea to ensure we are aligned. Once we finalise the dimensions and direction, the creative journey begins.

4. Process & Updates: I share regular progress updates (via WhatsApp or email), ensuring the piece evolves exactly as you envisioned.

5. Flexibility: Should you decide to introduce significant changes (such as size adjustments), a minor adjustment fee may apply to cover additional materials and time.

6. Final Completion & Framing: Once the painting is approved and finalised, the remaining balance is due upon collection or before delivery. Please note that framing is optional and is billed separately.

7. Delivery: I personally ensure your artwork is ready to be enjoyed in your home.
